Review Time
I created my Shopify account and was running my business honestly. My customer received the package, but still opened a dispute. Instead of allowing me to explain or provide any proof, Shopify immediately banned my account without any fair investigation.It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received a single proper response. I’ve contacted live chat support at least 7 times, and every time they just say, “Your account is under review.” No updates. No follow-ups. No resolution.This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I put genuine effort into my store, fulfilled all orders properly, and this is how Shopify treats honest sellers? Shameful support and terrible platform for small businesses. Shopify, do better.
I purchased from "mister woofs" through this shopping platform. That company is a total SCAM. Shopify are not interested. I my view, they are complicit with the scam and only interested in taking our money, They don't care about the customer.
before i left this review I saw the stacks of 1*s, so its wont bother them. They hide behind walls and just take the money, no protection for buyers, I reported a site was a scam and they ignored it. I am out of pocket as will be others, but they do nothing. with no protection they are enabling fraudsters and reaping in financial rewards from fraud commited.
Informed Shopify of a scam website (Ultrapaintuk) who took money with no intention of fulfilling order, fake reviews and using shopify to get some level of legitimacy. No response despite a follow up request. Are shopify enabling these traders? I for one will never use any shopify merchant again after this experience
Waiting and waiting for delivery of an item and now everything has gone blank. Tracking has gone, shop (alafin.shop) no longer exists and Shopify take no responsibility whatsoever.If you are thinking of shopping on this platform forget it! Just throw your money in the bin - same result!!!
Very unhelpful, received the wrong item from one of their online shops.Tried several times to contact the online shop via email, online chat and phone without success (The Comfort Shop) .Reached out to Shopify, who processed the payment, to be told they can't issue me with a refund and I'll need to wait 30 days for The Comfort Shop to reply before they can further assist.Useless, leaving me with an item I didn't order and no refund.
