Shocking service , won't answer their emails but portrait they are customer services focused , they're not , package arrived in bits with no instructions how it goes together, package wasn't protected it was sent in a plastic bag and was damaged , they didn't respond to my email .

Their advert was for a particular brand name. What I received was an imitation of the original product ie same packing etc. They responded within 24 hours asking for photo of product which I sent. They offered to replace it. However on 2 separate occasions they have avoided confirming whether my replacement was going to be the original product. I have since asked 4 times regarding their returns policy and when to expect my refund. Since then they have not responded.

I would give them 0 stars due to them stating they delivered what I ordered.and instead of getting the deluxe.marking set I received 2 crappy dog toys. I have been fighting with my CC company ro get a refund and they tell me.if I return what I received they will refund me. The issue is they want me to ship it to China which will most likely cost as much as what I ordered. So STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE AND COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST

I ordered two 12-car magnetic number train sets as birthday gifts for two children to help them learn how to count to 10.

In one package, train number 9 was missing, and train number 0 was delivered twice. They asked me to send photos as proof, which I did. I was then told that they would resend the missing item, but I never received any confirmation or a tracking number. Still waiting for weeks now.

My advice: do not order from this company. Their customer service is poor, and they do not check what they send to customers. This product clearly comes from China, and they operate as a dropshipper. It looks too good to be true — do not believe their stories.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Parcel arrived empty its been damaged/ripped in transit. Ive sent 3 emails asking for a refund and ive been ignored each time. They were quite happy to reply to my email when the parcel was late but now i have an issue they cant be bothered to email back. If i could give them no stars I would *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

I ordered an item and it wasn't correct size. I contacted this place, at first I thought they were ok answered my email but when I asked for refund /return they offered my $7.50 part refund which means they would gain $22 . I refused now they have stopped answering my emails. Is there no way we can stop this place from operatin? Disgusting

This company has ignored 7 emails regarding my latest purchase Yodel delivered to my front door so they said it wasn't there therefore I've contacted the company who are just ignoring me how disgraceful I'll not be ordering from this company again and would advise no one else to order from them to avoid disappointment stay clear
