Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Miscalculated tax on order and then when I tried to clarify how much they were refunding - they said they could no longer finder my order. Really poor communication throughout. The e-tickets don't contain any useful information

Poor Customer Service/no refunds

I accidentally purchased 4 senior tickets to Brookgreen Gardens thru Showclix and contacted Showclix to request a refund since we only used two of the tickets. Their automated email response stated that I needed to contact the event promoter who would then contact them. I attempted four different times by email and a phone call to contact Brookgreen and no one responded. So beware. Do not purchase your event tickets thru Showclix. They will not refund your money or assist you in any manner in resolving issues with the event promoter

Pathetic 'customer care'

Pathetic 'customer care' - they don't care at all...Due to a bug in a website's UI I purchased tickets to an event on the wrong date.Immediately I contacted customer care and explained the issue in detail. I was given a typical generic (probably automated) response along the lines of "our policy is no refunds or exhanges".No care or common human sense applied at all, as is becoming more and more common in todays world.Avoid, and try and get your tickets from a more respectable provider

Improve your customer experience by showing EMPATHY.

I had purchased a SPACE ticket well in advance for an upcoming event, only to discover that they were now being sold at a promotional discount of 20% for the upcoming family day weekend. When I tried reaching out to customer service, it was an arduous task and even after I managed to get through to them via email, their response showed no indication of having read my message properly. Furthermore, there was no consideration or empathy shown towards providing me with the discount. This experience has taught me to avoid purchasing tickets from ShowClix for any future events, and I will also be leaving a review after attending this SPACE event.

Company does not issue refunds

Company does not issue refunds. Customer service hangs up on you (when you can get through) chat option is only a Bot and closes you out after you ask about refunds.Show promoter instructed registration ticket takers to tell people that they would receive a refund by sending an email request. You guessed it, email response after show was over that no refunds would be issued.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, I paid for tickets which they did not send, the event is tomorrow (Sunday) and their advice is call the event organisers on Monday to resolve it.They support closed chat with no resolution.

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company! After being unable to attend an event because my flight was canceled, and kindly refunding my money since the reason for my absence from the event was of no cause of my own, they'd rather fight me for my money. They told my card company that I should have had insurance and that I do not deserve my money back. What kind of customer service oriented company is that?

They're alright.

I've been buying tickets from Showclix for a few years. They seem trustworthy, especially since a lot of the conventions and concerts I attend use them. The only issue I have with the site is they don't accept my current phone number. Mind you, a few years ago my state has had to update the area code due to running out of phone numbers. It seems many websites and card readers haven't recieved the memo, so my phone number along many other peoples' phone numbers show up as an invalid phone number. This is annoying since I don't always have access to a printer. Other than that minor issue, the site useful.
