Review Time
I had to speak to 3 customer service representatives and wasn’t able to get my desired outcome. Chelsea was the 4th represent I spoke too and she was able to give me a replacement order and was able to satisfy my customer needs. The first 3 customer service representatives didn’t seem to even care and just was so money hungry and didn’t want to give me a refund, whereas Chelsea was able to give me a replacement order instantly without having any complaints, dramas or dilemmas. She answered quickly and efficiently whereas the others took so long to respond, i had to wait at least 8 minutes per each message, whereas Chelsea responded instantly.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and noticed as soon as I made payment. Showpo responded to my email very promptly, advised the order could be cancelled and refunded as it had not left the warehouse. Therefore I could re-order. I appreciated the excellent response and customer service I received :)
