Showpo has what looks like nice dresses but buyer beware! Their customer service will ignore you if there is an issue. I bought a dress for a wedding that moved to an outdoor venue. The dress I had from Showpo was not going to work. Since I ordered it 42 days before, they were not willing to take the return. This return policy is ridiculous! I'm stuck with a dress I will not be wearing. If you are going to be an online product provider, why would you have such a ridiculous return policy. The customer service ignored my request to return. They are not customer service focused for sure!
I ordered a dress for a wedding. I had to pay for express shipping to get it in time. It got caught up at customs and ended up being a week late. It was too late for me to wear the dress. However, my customer service experience with April was GREAT. She got me a refund on the purchase and the shipping as well as free return shipping.
I always have a great experience with Showpo, speedy delivery and the clothes are great quality! I accidentally used the wrong shipping address on my last order and it was quickly resolved by the team, if I do ever have any issues they’re always quick to respond and to sort the issue ☺️
