Contacted customer support via live chat as I didn’t receive my return label. Once in the chat I had to give my order number. But to give my order number (as I didn’t think to include it in the first part of message description) I had to leave the chat and find it on the app. By doing this I lost the live chat, so I then had to enter all of my details again to get back into the chat and wait in a que again. Perhaps it would be a better idea to ask for the order number when filling in all of your details at the start before you access the chat? Anyway, once that was all sorted i was re-sent my return label in the chat. So just a small suggestion for improvement.
I had to re order a different size of dress, so I got store credit but was worried I wouldn’t get it back in time for my baby shower so the team at showpo put my credit on straight away so I could make the order in timeReally appreciated & great service!
The best customer service ever! Super helpful, quick replies and able to sort out any issues you have. Sale discount didn’t apply to my order and Showpo was happy to refund me the difference, so happy will definitely be shopping with them again!
Ordered a white lace dress, looked stunning on the website, it arrived and was completely different to how it looked online, so returned it to find out they don't process returns, they only give store credit, so I had 80 Euro to spend. I was so nervous and put off ordering from them again as the quality and look of my last order wasn't what I expected but I felt like I was basically throwing money away so decided to try and completely different dress/style/colour/length and hope for the best. It arrived and WOW, it is stunning, thick material, perfect size, length and colour. Exactly how it looks on the model. I am so glad I gave them another chance and ordered another dress because I love it and so many compliments.
