We had our porch replaced two or three years ago by Sidey so we had no hesitation in commissioning a new back door to match the work we did at the front. We asked for a quote for two new windows and the back door, The work has now been undertaken, five hours completed so professionally. We are delighted with the outcome.
I had my council house windows replaced by this company yesterday. Kyle and John were my fitters and they were absolutely brilliant! They were approachable, informative, very hard working and very good at their job. They left my house immaculate having hoovered and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks boys
company was hired by local council for installing new windows into council houses, inspector came out to measure windows before all that and was rude, had a complete lack of knowledge on how to hold a conversation with another person and made the room uncomfortable. Every other contractor we've had has been able to give chit-chat and be friendly, but this guy was adamant on shutting down every attempt to talk. Our theory is because the tenant is a woman.
Courtesy, politeness, efficient working and excellent workmanship. Patient and helpful staff at the showroom. Straightforward procedures for ordering and payment - though the notion of a cheque handed to the installer on the day is a bit irrelevant for most people these days! remind me what a cheque book is....
While the new window and doors are lovely I was advised in my letter getting the new windows that my blinds should still fit after installation but none of my blinds now fit any of the windows! I did speak to someone with regards to this and was advised I would receive a tele call with-in a couple of days to assess this, when I did not receive a call I called Sidey office and was told the site manager on holiday, so you only have one site manager for the whole of Scotland? Now that will be 12 days with-out an assessment and I am extremely upset of this as everybody can see right into my house and I live on my own so not happy!! Crime levels of house-breaking is on the increase dramatically within my area and as I have no blinds in my house it looks vacant and I am worried this will entice these criminals to try and enter my home!!
