Fake china Company

The communication with the Company was realy bad. It took 4 weeks for the vases to arrive, and the items are all from china. This Company is a bad place to shop, you might just as Well ordre directly from wish or a other china Company

Awful customer service! No replies!

Ordered on the 28th November and order took 3 weeks to arrive, despite their email saying if nothing after 2 weeks get in touch and we will send a replacement.Had to email 7 times to find out where the parcel was. Communication was poor from my experience so I will not be using the company again. Vases look great so if you don’t mind waiting and hoping for arrival then I would recommend.

Sofisticated and beautiful

I was not looking for this precise kind of decoration, but just because I did not know that it existed. When I first saw it in Instagram I fell in love with it and now I have three silhouette vases in my home and I can’t be more proud of it. It’s cozy, elegant, modern, minimalist and original. I recomend it 100%!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I had been looking for this kind of vase for ages and I came across silhouette vases. My order arrived quicker than expected and the quality is amazing. The pampas I also ordered is so fluffy and looks so good. I will 100% be purchasing again!

Super helpful costumer service

Very fast delivery, and super helpful customer service. They answered my e-mail in only a few hours. The mail service where I live forgot to tell me that my package had arrived two weeks ago. It was going to be sent back in only one week if Silhouettevases hadn't helped me track my package all the way to Norway. Very thankful and 10/10 would recommend.

It was love at first sight
