Disappointing experience

I've discovered that this company misrepresents its excellent ratings and its 30-day return policy. There is no return process, and refunds are impossible. My flowers arrived, but the color and quality were not as advertised. They looked cheap for the price I paid. After weeks of trying to get return details, I was ignored. I raised a dispute with the payment service, but they closed it without my consent, claiming I had received my order. Now, I'm escalating this with my bank. Avoid this company!

Scam - AVOID!

Purchase paid for and item never arrived. Emily would reply to my emails and string me along saying that a new vase replacement would be in the mail or the refund would be processed that same week. Over 6 months later she stopped replying to my emails and no refund or product was ever received. AVOID as I was completely scammed.
