Review Time
This is my second review to update my last post made a couple of weeks ago. I gave this one star and if I could give zero stars I would. The company that runs the app have employees or company policy that doesn’t favor customers. I paid twice for the app’s services on the same day of August 8th. I asked for a refund and my response in a nut shell was too bad. Clearly I don’t need to pay twice for services so this should have been a no brained refund. I sent proof from my PayPal account to support as well. Then I posted here my review and heard from Simple asking me to reach out to their team and left a contact email. I reached out the same day and since then a couple of times and zero response. So clearly they are only commenting on negative posts to make it appear they are going to assist but they really are not. Has anyone noticed that apps like these make it hard to find the steps to cancel? This one stick me in a loop I couldn’t seem to break. I’m sure there was a way but it wasn’t obvious. Why can’t apps put on their main menu a link that is clearly marked “how to cancel your subscription”. I have noticed this more and more and it is annoying enough that I won’t be engaging in services that hide this. I recommend you do your research before engaging. When I researched reviews on Simple I came across many listings about not being able to get subscriptions cancelled and customer service to respond. This is where I am at and chalking the $120 for one session instead of $60 for services up to a disappointment and a valuable lesson. Beware friends.
This company is not a company. It is some dude sitting in front of his computer and figuring out how to rip people off - and he is good at it, as you can see from the reviews. I am pretty sure that any review is a waste of time. I am doing it, however, hoping to reach the other suckers, like myself, who might be out there standing in the sucker line.I hardly use PayPal so I don't check it. I'm the dummy. No, not a penny of your money will be returned. I guarantee.
STAY AWAY HORRIBLE !! TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED AND STILL TOOK MY MONEY> AM fighting them at another level but sure that $$ is long gone. Keep track of your fasting yourself!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! THEY told me renew date was AUG and today they took my money!!! STAY AWAY!!!
No reminder Auto Renewal, reached out to them straight away and they said no refund. Just a horrible way that these companies pretend they are 'transparent' and just steal money from people who tried to do the right thing and use their app. Sadly this is part of their business model. Terrible how us consumers are treated these days.
IT DIDN’T work out for my and I didn’t like the app, and I cancelled, after 3 months I was charged again automatically $59.99 and no body answering mails for refund of confirm cancellation BE AWARE DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF WEIGHT
I signed up for 3 months and this last month my hydration app quit working. It has helped to keep me on track. I guess you could say it made me more accountable. I will not sign up again at this time because of me staying on track with dealing with family health issues.
