Review Time
Wow! was I ever hesitant to order complete glasses online. At first only planned to order the designer frames I found in town at an unreachable price but were much, much less on SimplyEyeglasses. I spent A LOT of time talking with Allison and Cindy and they were so very patient with the frames part I ventured into talking with them about lenses also. The reason I was reluctant on lenses is I hold my head differently than most people do and even brick & mortar stores have gotten my bifocals wrong and had to do them over. I described my situation to Cindy and she told me what she would do about it and it sounded right. To make a long story short she got it exactly right the first time and I LOVE MY GLASSES!! I would definitely recommend using SimplyEyeglasses to anyone needing new frames or glasses. I am keeping their info on file for my next time. Super kudos to both Allison and Cindy!!

I needed a new pair of glasses and decided I wanted frames exactly like my old pair. My local optometrist no longer carried those frames, so I did a Google search and found that SimplyEyeglasses.com carried them. I could have just ordered the frames from them and then gotten the lenses locally, but I found that using SimplyEyeglasses for everything would save me a lot of money. So, I decided to order frames and lenses from them. I'm really glad I did. The customer service people were super friendly and helpful, patiently walking me through the various options. They weren't happy until I was. Now, I've got a great pair of glasses that fit great, lenses that are high quality, and knowledge that if I ever need glasses again, I just need to go back to SimplyEyeglasses.com. No complaints at all, I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!

The prescription sunglasses I picked our were backordered and they sent me glasses to wear on vacation until mine came in. I was so happy with the loaners that I ended up purchasing them and my original order. I really cannot say enough about the customer service reps (shout out to Cindy!), they stay on top of everything and are so easy to work with. Customer for life.

I just want to commend the staff of Simply Eye Glasses for going above and beyond, excellent customer service! The original frames I ordered did not fit my face correctly and was advised to retrun them. I did with absolutely no problem for a different pair. I am so happy with this company and their friendly, helpful staff. I have told all my friends about how satisfied I am.
