So excited about Simply Eyeglasses having my frames/glasses I needed do to my bridge broke on my other glasses. I called many places to find this model of glasses and everyone else had discontinued the model. I had just had my lenses done for the frames and needed the exact same frames to fit my prescription. When I called the customer service rep was so helpful in checking to see IF they had them available as the model had been cancelled. She found three pair left and was thankful the color I wanted was one of the three. Very friendly and enthusiastic customer service and would totally recommend to everyone to shop Simply Eyeglasses for your eye-wear. Thank you so much!

I have to be honest, I was pretty nervous to order eyeglasses on line. The initial reason I even entertained ordering on line was I was able to find the designer frames I had seen for a fraction of the costs. I was diligent in making sure I was able to provide all the necessary information to complete the order. I even called them to make sure I was doing it correctly. I initially omitted the anti-glare on the lenses, wow that was a huge mistake! But I called them within a couple days and they were wonderful to walk me through the return process.. when they got them back they recheck the RX to make sure the problem I was having was not in regards to anything incorrect on their end. The turn around time in receiving the glasses after the anti glare was added was was two days! I couldn’t have asked for more helpful staff.. I called on a Saturday morning and got ahold of a lady (Allison?) who was so very helpful and she forwarded my concerns to my next contact, Cindy. Cindy was not only helpful, but she was kind, caring and compassionate...they all were truly AMAZING!!! Thank you Simply Eyeglasses for a GREAT experience for a fraction of the costs.

I can't say enough how exceptional their customer service is, specially a woman named Cindy. I was leaving on vacation and broke my glasses by accident the day before. I have an old backup pair, but I was leaving for a work trip the day after I got back, and they would look a bit silly for that. I went to every eyeglass store I could find, and everyone needed a written prescription, which I couldn't get because it was the weekend. I submitted my order and sent a Hail Mary email to customer service explaining my situation and hoping someone would care. Thankfully Cindy got my email. We emailed back and forth the entire week, with her reaching out to the frame supplier and giving me constant updates. Because of Cindy I was able to receive my new glasses just in time for my work trip! I online shop more than I'm proud to admit, and I can say that customer service has become a rarity. Cindy very easily could have ignored my email or said it wasn't possible, which I probably would have very sadly accepted, but instead she jumped through multiple hoops to make this possible for me. Because of this experience I will absolutely be recommending Simply Eyeglasses to all my family and friends, and will be back to purchase all my glasses going forward :)

I ordered rimless eyeglasses from SimplyEyeglasses.com and the glasses I got were great. I ordered Silhouette rimless glasses, and with rimless glasses, the drill holes have to match up perfectly on both lens, otherwise they will be crooked on the face. Other places I have tried, didn't do a great job drilling, but mine from simplyEyeglasses arrived perfect. I couldn't be more happier. Plus, simplyeyeglasses allows you to choose multiple lens sizes. So if you need a 52 mm wide lens they can make it, without a problem. Other places only gave you one option. I will be ordering another pair next month!! Oh yea, I paid $200 less than what I would have had to pay locally for the same glasses! Double win for me :-)
