Our family has been ordering prescription glasses and sunglasses from SimplyEyeglasses for several years. Their friendly customer service is beyond excellent! They are quick to answer questions via email/phone, and go the extra mile to see that you are taken care of. We have always been impressed with the quality of the product and the service of the company, and will continue to use their services in the future.
We purchased glasses there which were affordable and decent quality with one of the more expensive anti-reflective coatings. Two to three years later, the coating was peeling off and incredibly difficult to see through. Having had glasses for over 20 years, I've never experienced anything like this. Apparently, this was a fluke and we were eventually able to have the lenses replaced at a discounted rate.
I have ordered from them twice now & both times have been a happy customer, although my most recent order too longer than anticipated. Overall a good eye/sunglasses company, good customer service and good quality products at a reasonable prices. : )
I wanted a pair of Ziggy frames that was hard to find. I saw on the Simply Eyeglasses website that they are able to find frames. I called and within 5 minutes Tracy had called the vendor and located my dream frames! Initially I was only going to purchase the frames and have my RX lenses prepared locally. I had been warned that my lenses would be hard to get dispensed correctly because I am "sensitive" with a high Rx and bifocals. I spoke with Cindy at Simple Eyeglasses and she said she was confident that they could fill my Rx and b/c of the 100% refund return policy I took the chance. When my beautiful Zigs arrived my eyesight was perfect! I didn't even need a local adjustment. I saved several hundred dollar going this route. This was my first online glasses purchase and I am thrilled with my glasses!
If you know the basic size of frames that fit you, buying rx eyeglasses from SimplyEyeglasses is an awesome experience! Their prices and customer service can not be beat. I ordered 2 pair, both fit perfect, no adjustment needed and the lenses seem sharper to me than what I purchased at a high end local shop. I also received them faster than my local shop! My family and I will definitely purchase our glasses here again.
I had long searched for a replacement pair of frames purchased years ago from my eye doctor. I found them on your site and was thrilled. I placed the order only to be crest fallen a few days later to hear that the manufacturer had discontinued them. One of your wonderful customer service reps kept in contact with me while she did an extensive search for something similar. She found a frame made by the same company that was almost identical to the ones I had wanted. I was so excited that ordered two of them!
