got 2 pairs of silhouette rimless from them. perfect job. could not be happier.they put all spare parts and the authenticity document into the box as well as a complimentary cloth. customer service is excellent. they pick up the phone within seconds and email back within hours. always friendly..
I have been a loyal customer for many years until now. I have purchased at least four pair of glasses all being Ray-Ban. This last pair I have had two years and the lens started peeling. They are progressive without any scratch coating applied. I called them to see if anything could be done and they said no because the warranty ran out. They then said they could give me a 10% discount on my next pair. They were already offering this to anyone who purchases them on line anyway. I am very disappointed with this as I have been as loyal as an old dog to them.. Could they spare it? Really? 10%.. So now I am looking for a new place to purchase my eye glasses
FYI, When you order glasses online it's generally a slow experience but it saves a lot of money and simplyeyeglasses.com was helpful throughout. I wanted to change my lens order, I called up and the representative was really nice and got it done right away. They also called me (I didn't even have to call them!) and left a message about a delay that was happening; it was great to be updated in a timely, proactive manner. Much better than the experience I had with a similar company.
Not only the best online pricing, but great customer service! When I received my eyeglass frames, the two sides of the frames were not uniform looking at all. I emailed customer service and without hesitation they sent me another pair after I returned the first pair. The exchange frame was much the same, so they requested one more from the manufacturer and then sent me photos of the frames for approval. They went above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. I am thrilled with my new frames and will highly recommend Simply Eyeglasses to others!
First time I have every bought prescription sunglasses online and I was very impressed. Order arrived when promised and I found that my prescription was a little too strong, so I called Simply Eyeglasses and they couldn't have been more helpful. Basically, I sent them back to them and they remade the sunglasses to a weaker prescription and made some other adjustments as I requested then shipped them back to me. New prescription is perfect. To buy online I found I had to measure my own pupillary distance, but there are multiple different videos on YouTube explaining how to do that, so was easy and I saved a ton of money compared to buying in a store. Great staff, great product, great service. Recommended
This was my first-ever online eyeglasses ordering experience and it was A+++. I specifically wanted Silhouette rimless and hingeless frames, and could not find them locally. I have a thick Rx with trifocals and Linda Cole helped me out tremendously by recommending (1) a different material for thinner lenses and (2) no-line trifocals (progressives). I was hesitant about the progressives because I'm used to lined trifocals but plunged ahead on Linda's recommendation. Best thing I've ever done! I'm sure I saved a ton of money over what I probably would have spent had I been able to find the frames locally. SO glad I found SimplyEyeglasses.com and I will definitely be a returning customer!
