They got it right!

When I got my progressives (a little later than promised), I was upset to discover that the lower portion of the lens was not big enough to magnify more than a few lines of text at a time. I explained this to Customer Service, and they were wonderful: clear instructions, free shipping back to the company, and expedited service so that I got the new glasses within days. The results? Perfect! They really had great follow-through.

Still GradeA Service

While living in the US, I bought many glasses and lenses from Simply and always had good experiences with them, with quality products, and customer service if I needed that. After moving to Europe I decided to purchase glasses from Simply and it's still first class service. Fast shipping and still quality products and excellent customer service. I had a few questions regarding my order and glasses, and the replies was fast and informative and handles in the best way. Excellent service, the frame, the prescription and the delivery.
