After two eyewear stores could not get a pair of glasses made right for me (fit problems), I decided to give Simplyeyeglasses a try. Not only were their prices fantastic, but I got a quality designer pair of glasses for much less than the chain stores. They fit perfect, have high quality lenses, they are so cute, I have never had a pair I love as much as these. This will be my new go to eyewear provider! I may even order a second pair. These are the best Sunglasses I have ever owned! Persol still makes glass lenses and these are great. The price was far better than local retail stores who didn't have a size small enough for my face. My time is limited and I took an evening to look at several stores who all said that they could adjust them by bending the nose piece! Then I decided to search for the correct size on the internet and was glad I did since most of the stores offered a 2 week shipment of the product into their store (I would have to return to pick them up) and I was able to reduce the price by about 40 percent and get these shipped to my mailbox in about a week.
I was very skeptical about ordering eyeglasses n-line, but when I visited New Jersey and saw my sister's new glasses I loved them! They match my hair color and eye color perfectly and they look great on my face shape (which is the same as my sisters'.) Since I live in Florida, it doesn't matter if we have the same glasses, so I threw caution to the wind and got the BEST performing progressive lenses EVER and they are beautiful. I paid less than I ever have for a pair of progressive lenses and used my flexible spending account! They are shades of teal and shades of auburn and I get compliments on them all the time! I really will order again from this company. I received top-notch customer service from them.
I purchased frames only (no lenses) on two occasions. Both orders went smoothly and frames were as I expected.
Although I went for an online purchase instead of a local optical shop because of the specific frame I wanted, I'll likely be back. The price was very attractive.
I purchased a pair of Randy Jackson frames and lenses from a local eye care facility. one year and a week the bow broke on the frames. The eye care warranty was for one year. I searched the web and found SimplyEyeglasses.com. They not only had the same frame but for about half the cost. The frames arrived as promised but the case was bent up from the US post office. One phone call to Simplyeyeglasses and they overnighted a new case.
I am comletely safisified with my experence.
