Review Time
They charged me a restocking fee to return sunglasses that didn't fit me. How am I supposed to know if they fit until arrival. This is 2015 who charges a restocking fee and they made me pay for return shipping. Ill just use Amazon next time.
Bought about 10 pairs of Tom Ford frames, returned 8 and had 2 pairs made. Paid much less than my next best option in NYC. Of course my 1yr old immediately ripped one pair into pieces and I pinged Linda for a replacement pair...which she got to me within a few days.
Really couldn't much better shopping experience. If she doesn't have what you're looking for on the site, ping her and ask if she can get them...I think she can get anything.
I had to return my glasses, they were lost by the Postal System, contacted Stephanie Brown, she was awesome, she checked the status from her end and I checked from my end, it took 27days for my glasses to reach them, Stephanie received and credit my account immediately, she was always friendly, courteous and supportive.
The frame selection is fantastic. The prices are half what store prices are. the glasses arrived quickly (2 weeks before the store purchased one's at JCP) the customer service is great, Quality designer frames and lenses, and they were made right the first time! They fit me perfectly. Simply Eyeglasses offer any and all options you could want. I would be a fool to buy my eyewear anywhere else anymore. *also-submitted out of network to insurance, so that brought my total cost down to about 25% of what stores charge. I am telling everyone I know to purchase eyewear here, and not fall prey to those phony deals at the eyeglass stores in the malls.
I was pleased with the customer support. The response time was amazing! That being said, for the money I spent on the item (and given its a Christmas present) I was not happy with the quality of the product. The lenses have a glue coating around the exterior. I have had to pick it off with a needle.
