Stunning dining table ! The table was delivered and was even more beautiful in person. The Diamond crushed table goes perfect with my decor and adds a real classy effect to my living room. I would like to order again from this company no faults at all I'm very happy.
Upon ordering items in stock they emailed a 4 days later saying the chest was out of stock - so we opted for the dressing table to be delivered - the dressing table is ok but not great, lots of small black scratch mark under the the white glass and lots of black glue in certain areas, the handle holes are all over the place and not in line making it awkward to fit the handles. What really lets the service down from this company is they hardly respond to emails in timely manner and it takes 3 days to get a response. As for getting a refund for the chest of draws we constantly had to email them and took over two weeks to get our funds back for this item. Over all a little disappointing.
Hi we ordered a expensive mirror from Simply Home. They had actually sold out but after messaging the company, Charmaine email back to me and said that we would have the next one in stock. This was ordered and Charmaine kept us up to date when the mirror would arrive from that point we have regular updates from the delivery company and the mirror arrived to plan. The mirror is high quality and looks fantastic in our new Kitchen / Dinning room knock through. Would certainly order from SimplyHome again.
I ordered a large mirror and crushed diamond nest of tables and the quality is second to none absolutely stunning both pieces, the only thing wrong was I had to wait a while for them but that was a shipping error nothing to do with items and felt secure as charmaine and James kept me well informed would highly recommend 👌
Nightmare from start to finish, 2 weeks delivery turned out to be almost 2 months. Customer service shocking. Unanswered messages nobody to speak to on phone. Recieved 1 email in 2 months saying item gone to Rotterdam!!!!! No updates. I tried several times to reach out to them .sometimes with an answer after about 5 days. Absolutely awful service. Never again. Ps. Delivery men were very helpful that's about it. Caused me far to much stress this has. Avoid!! Apparently I'm ungrateful after being sent a crumpled piece of paper along with a blank frame. Owner contacted me offering me 2 pictures to make amends as long as I took review down. Come to order the pictures most out of stock of which i told them. Was offered 2 others which looked cheap that I didn't like so I refused. Recieved a frame today with a separate so called canvas. It was crumpled of which I informed the company. To recieve a msg to say how ungratefull I was. Shocking. And after over 2 and half months iv only had 1 phone call to try and persuade me to take the review down. So after much stress and upset with this company iv decided to go to trading standards. Overall experience is minus nil I'm afraid.just recieved an email from this company accusing me of crumbling up the can̈vas myself!. So far they have accused me of being ungratefull, crumpling up somthing i definatly didnt do and being ungratefull. How awful. They have also stated iv given them abuse! Hopefully they will publish the so called abuse as iv been patient well mannered throughout. Regardless of the terrible service iv recieved .
