I visited the Hull branch recently and the product selection is great but the staff are so welcoming that they turned a daunting experience into a really fun one. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back to add to our collection!
Myself and my Partner came in to the shop on Bond Street as we decided we wanted a fun Valentine's night-in. We didn't really know what we were looking for, but the Manager and Charlie, the sales assistant, really looked after us and suggested things like games, couple-friendly toys, massage oils and flavoured gels that might give us fun and pleasure at the same time.Charlie was so helpful and also explained about their 3-for-2 offer, so we came away with several items and had such a fun night, I can't tell you! We both feel absolutely brilliant today and can't wait to do it again! We might even experiment a little with other stuff we've not tried before.Had a really great experience at this shop - cannot recommend highly enough!
Purchased some products from their website, was such a great selection, and I got some amazing quality toys for a great price. Went into the bournemouth shop for the first time and didn't have a clue what i was looking for. There was a super helpful lady who steered me in the right direction. Really went out of her way to take time explaining things to me so thankyou! Extremely helpful staff but without being too pushy. Exactly right in my book! The selection of products is amazing, would definitely recommend for beginners and experienced people, they seem to have it all!
