The shipping was quick, and I appreciated the courtesy of including a few extra cards/envelopes for last-minute additions.

Plus, the pricing for the cards, including envelopes, with a discount made it an ideal choice. I'm very satisfied with the final result.

The actual product looks significantly different, appearing faded and lighter in color. Previously, I have always been pleased with my choices. I typically buy one for myself and two as gifts.
My order was incomplete, missing half the addressed envelopes I had paid for. Additionally, I opted for expedited shipping on the entire order. When I reached out to the company for assistance, it took over 30 minutes and involved an AI chatbot along with two human representatives (one via email and one through chat) to resolve the issue. The reprinted envelopes will take another week to arrive, which means our friends and family will receive their cards after Christmas. The quality of the cards was also disappointing. I did not receive a refund for the original expedited shipping cost or any compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from this service again.
The service was commendable, and the selection of Christmas cards suited our needs well. However, upon delivery, we mistakenly received someone else's cards! We reached out to customer support, and the AI addressed the problem. After about 25 minutes of explaining our situation and seeking a reasonable resolution, our issue was eventually resolved.
