Site5 use to have live help. Now their home page redirects to the place they are reselling for. Web.comIf you need to update your email in the back end you can not longer get hold of them. They also bill your credit card a week before the payment is due. The support is now non existent for me. Stay way from this once upon a time host.
While I don't really like the product and service of Site5, my representative Ramzeen Sheik was very patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and customer centric. I'll give him a 5 out of 5. He's the only good thing about the company.
