Expect nothing.

Ordered some school shoes for my son and paid $15 for the express shipping hoping they'd arrive before school started, still hadn't been shipped by the expected delivery time frame so I contacted support who informed me they couldn't find my order, instead of finding it they refunded me. Except I didn't receive my refund. I contacted support once again after 2 weeks to find out that there was a "refund glitch". Now it's been a month since my purchase and I still have no shoes or refund and a measly apology.

Absolutely terrible Online Customer Service, asked about a refund and the answer was you should already have it as you returned the shoes in store.Doesn't appear to work that way, it takes forever for Skechers to process the refund.Rubbish

Absolutely terrible online service

Absolutely terrible online service. First I ordered shoes with express delivery for 1 to 3 business days. Despite multiple follow up emails, the shoes did not arrive until 10 business days - missing daughter's birthday. Then I place a review online that was "moderated". When I received the shoes finally, they were the whole style shoes in the box! Now they will not provide the correct size shoe in the correct style for the same sale price that I bought it for. Unbelievable.

Absolutely terrible online service. First I ordered shoes with express delivery for 1 to 3 business days. Service not Good enough

I called into Skechers, Botany Store and purchased some shoes for my Brother. They were wrong Size, so I returned them. The Store advised that they could request Correct Size and arrange for them to be Delivered to my Home Address.This was on 29th September.I phoned Skechers on 9th October as No sign of the Shoes.Girl there informed ne that they have to Contact their Customer Service Team via e-mail and this could take 1-2 Days.I called again 12th October and was informed by Skechers, Botany that they are still trying to Contact their Customer Service Team.So, I asked - 'can't you Phone them'. Response - Cannot get hold of them.What the Hell. You call this Customer Service - Absolutely Pathetic.You may have a Top Name Brand like Skechers BUT your Customer Service does Definitely NOT back this up and I will think Twice about buying Skechers shoes again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Returned shoes as were too small, paid for their courier, got the tracking, arrived at their warehouse then no refund a month later. Chased them twice about it, asked to speak to manager, etc. They say its 'under investigation'. Went into local skechers store and talked to worker, he emailed skechers and finally a month later they said they would refund.
