Review Time
Provide better help for returning goods. It was a nightmare trying to fill in a returns form. There were only two options listed for reasons for return. Neither suited my issues. I spent almost three hours in total over two connections talking to the chat line. In the end I travelled one hour to Napier to change these shoes. I would never deal with the online service again. My advise if you live in Hawkes Bay go to the shop in Napier the ladies are great there.
Ordered 3 items. Received an email that 1 was out of stock and cancelled. Contacted customer support 1 hour after email was received and was informed that I couldn't modify or cancel the order. Customer support was also pretty apathetic about it. This has happened twice in 3 orders. So unless Skechers get their online stock correct, its luck of the draw if you get your complete order or not (since you cant change it even if its out of stock).

Ordered 2 items. Received email confirming package on its way. When it arrived, it contained only 1 item. My first 2 calls to the number on the packing slip were not answered and there was no option to leave a message. My third call was answered by a young woman who was of no real help and who pointed out that the fact I had not been advised of a partial delivery only was nothing to do with her. Not impressed the customer service and won't order online again

Ordered some school shoes for my son and paid $15 for the express shipping hoping they'd arrive before school started, still hadn't been shipped by the expected delivery time frame so I contacted support who informed me they couldn't find my order, instead of finding it they refunded me. Except I didn't receive my refund. I contacted support once again after 2 weeks to find out that there was a "refund glitch". Now it's been a month since my purchase and I still have no shoes or refund and a measly apology.
