Joining the other one star reviews here. Ordered and paid $15 for fast delivery (1-3 business days) as these were needed in a hurry for my 91 year old mother in law who had hurt her shoulder and needed slip-ons. Received email two days later saying despatched. Still hadn't arrived 7 days after ordering so I emailed asking where they were. No response. Shoes arrived 9 days after order. Returned them as it was too late by then, we had gone elsewhere. Interestingly when I tried to place a review on the Skechers NZ website I got the message "Something went wrong. Try again later". Wondering if that happens for all of their low star reviews?
Terrible Reward system, Just GREED, AVOID. with my account I spent nearly $1800 over 2 year and recommend everyone. January 2024 after purchase 3 another pair from Papamoa store, I received $40 reward, and the joke is you have to spend over $120 to claim your reward point. WHAT A JOKE. I usually spend $80-$120 to purchase a pair of shoes, which to be honest very comfortable but last long for 3-4 months, problem with the sole, its easily flattened however am still happy but What is the point of spending and claiming point that you have to spend almost same amount that you can get a pair without using that reward. ITS CALLED PROMOTION that you spend X Amount to get discount $$ which i always get in my promotion folder, ...not reward. I AM SORRY BUT I AM OUT OF THIS SITE AND ITS OKAY TO SPEND MORE TO GET OTHER BRAND.
