If you're considering a vehicle from this company, please think twice! Our car is less than 6 months old and has stalled while driving multiple times. With small children in the car daily, it's a miracle we haven't had a serious accident. The entire gearbox has been replaced twice! They are supposed to handle complaints within 8 weeks, but if it's passed to another team, the timeline resets. I want this escalated to a senior customer service manager immediately. What will it take for them to take this seriously? If we face a serious accident due to the vehicle's failures, will they finally respond?

Lost my trust in Skoda. Avoid these cars. I bought a brand new Enyaq 80x Sportsline from Skoda Watford in the Uk. They left the front suspension transport blocks in the front shocks on delivery, which caused lost of feel damage and excess tyre wear. The blocks were not found for over a year. I have taken the case to the “Motor Ombudsman” and Skoda hasn’t even engaged with them. Please avoid this company, go for those with good after sales service.

I came with my car for a noise, which is very clear. I told them to change the bearings. They took their decision to 4 pairs tyres. That cost me 14.000krThe problem did not solve. Next dag I came and they finally agreed to change the bearing. But I have to wait for 5weeks. Driving my car with heavy noise.I would say Skoda service is very poor and the car itself is not a car, compared to others car. Think before you put your money on this crap.
