On Sunday morning (Mar 15th), approximately 11:25am I purchased tickets for a flight but then realized they were for the wrong times. I called SkyAlps but was unable to get through to anyone so I cancelled the tickets on the website within 5 minutes of initial purchase. They have only refunded €191.81 of the €1,154.21 paid. They are saying that I should have contacted them and not used their website to request the refund but I tried to contact them and they were not available.

Happy travellers

Great flight from Gatwick to Bolzano and back. Easy communication at both airports. Efficient check in and internal staff on floor and flight were very polite and welcoming. We will definitely use this airline again.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Because of climate conditions, the flight was deviated to Verona airport, But then we were left there stranded for two hours before providing us a small minivan to Bolzano airport. Given that my final destination was Brixen, I was forced to spend one night in Bolzano at my own cost. I will never use this airline again. I have to say that also the departing flight was changed from Antwerp to Brussels, because of the small size of the aircraft. My advice: you’re planning to fly to Trentino-Alto Adige, fly to Verona with RyanAir or any other company. It will be cheaper, with a better service, and less noisy (unless you love the propellers)

No money refund even after…

No money refund even after acknowledgment after 4 months. Shamefull. I will gladly take a detour with another airline to a city next to mine and incur additional travel costs, rather than to submit myself to any additional shame and distrust in this, so called "airline".

Impossible to make a booking on their relaunched website. Tried last 5 days several times to process a booking but during seat collection website freezes. Tried to send email via contact form to ask for alternative booking method and received error message that message can't be submitted. Seems usability testing is not high on the priority list of skyalps. We fly now with Eurowings into Innsbruck...

I have never seen such poor customer service. They canceled my flight 30min before departure and left me stranded at the airport without any communication. They did not even answer the phone. I am trying to get compensation for the costs I encountered as a consequence of the flight cancelation, but they are not even answering my emails. I feel they are just hoping I go away and stop writing...Incredible that this level of customer service can exist in Europe in 2025!!! Avoid flying SkyAlps!!!

I thought it was a great service

I thought it was a great service. (Useful to know that I was told they currently don’t have an online check in).

Don’t travel with Skyalps

Don’t travel with SkyalpsWe got a notification 8 hours before our flight from Copenhagen to Bolzano airport that Skyalps (with no reason mentioned) changed airport from Bolzano to Verona. That made the trip 2 hours longer beside they also were delayed multiple hours in Copenhagen airport which meant we lost our first night of our vacation. The “compensation” we got from the reschedule of airports were a shuttle bus from Verona to Bolzano which also was delayed by more than an hour. The same happened on our way home. We were told 12 hours before our flight that we were rescheduled to Verona airport and not Bolzano, which meant we needed to travel very early in the morning. A shuttle bus was compensated but were 30 minutes late. In all of this chaos we tried to reach out to Skyalps but with no luck. It is such a shame that they can’t handle business and won’t be in touch with their customers when the idea of the original routes makes so much sense. We will never fly with Skyalps again

SkyAlps is not to be trusted

SkyAlps is not to be trusted. Changed our airport of departure the evening before, so we had to be in the original airport 4 hours earlier and go 3 hours by bus. The staff told us that the reason for this was, that it was too expensive to get a plane to the original airport. Will NEVER fly SkyAlps again.
