Review Time
Purchased a service for cod camos, said 30 mins estimated start time. I understand it's an estimate, but 24h+ later no match with a pro so i gave up and did it myself. sent email asking for a refund to be met with "we can refund you, but... what about service x y z?" twice. Like, no? Please just refund me in full for the service that i paid for and you took too long to fulfill? Refunds also take 2 weeks for some strange reason.Literally managed to do a 11 hour shift and finish the camos myself in the time it took them to assign someone to me, very poor service i don't really get it. They do have good reviews, maybe i just got unlucky but it's disappointing nonetheless.Update: After posting my review, the company contacted me and agreed to process the refund, but they also offered me an extra $10 if I removed or changed it. I found this really unprofessional, so I’m adding it here for transparency. Explains the "good" reviews.
I made 2 different purchases and both times got what i ordered. The first time i bought a venator blueprint with express delivery, it took about 8hr for delivery as a test to see if the site was real and i was pleasantly surprisedThe 2e time i bought wolfpack blueprint and explosive mine blueprint with super express delivery, it took 30 to 40 min for me to have them in my inventory.Communication with customer service was near instant and communication with the Pro dropping the blueprints was easy and clear and with clear instructions. All and all it was a good experience and i will be buying more in the future, I would definitely recommend especially if you don't have too much time to look for blueprint this is a great service !
Hi,This is an update to my original review.People say you learn from your mistakes- well, not in this case.After posting a negative review about this company, I got an email saying they wanted to resolve my issue. Fair enough, they reached out first. Now I regret even responding.They asked if my account was at the same rank. (My original complaint was about getting suspended after a “pro” played on my account, and support offered no real solution.)I told them: Yes, but it has the post-suspension restrictions.I’m not exaggerating- the questions they asked had almost nothing to do with the actual issue. It felt like a tennis player quizzing a football player. We just weren’t on the same wavelength. It honestly seemed like they had never even played League of Legends.Talking to them felt like talking to a low-budget AI.After sending me yet another message unrelated to the problem (“We can give you 10 wins,” basically), I told them: You are never touching my account again. If you really want to help, give me a refund.Their famous support agent Eve- still not sure if she’s an AI or a human, said it wasn’t possible.At this point I’m convinced this company is broke.They somehow have a 4.7 rating, but based on my experience, I have no idea how. Maybe it depends on which "pro" you get, but the website’s staff is awful. I do not recommend buying anything from them.If your order runs into any kind of issue, you’re basically getting scammed, because they simply don’t care.Honestly, I still think they reached out just to mock me for writing a negative review. I can’t explain it any other way.
