I have completed the verification process, submitted all required documents, and even provided extra evidence — yet I am still without my payout, a timeline, or any clarity. Each time I reach out to the support team, I get the same generic response: “Your case is being reviewed, please be patient.” Two weeks of receiving the same message. No updates.
No escalation.
No transparency.
No progress. I am left uncertain whether they are processing my winnings or attempting to categorize this as a refund, which is very concerning. The stress and frustration I am experiencing are overwhelming. I played fairly, I won legitimately — yet I remain in limbo without meaningful communication. It feels profoundly unethical and disheartening to be treated this way after fully cooperating and providing all requested documentation. Meanwhile, honest players like myself feel powerless and overlooked. I have never encountered anything like this before. I genuinely pity those who place their trust in this platform without checking reviews first. Please — exercise caution. Read the experiences of others before making a deposit here. As mentioned in my earlier feedback, I've been struggling to verify my account with the company for several days, and there's been no progress. I submitted all the requested documents — debit card, identification, bank proof, and a selfie with my ID — yet I'm still left without clarity or updates. Whenever I reach out, I receive the same automated reply: "We are still investigating." There’s no explanation, no reasons provided, and certainly no evidence of any real progress — just continuous delays. This situation is mentally draining. I feel as if I'm shouting into the void. Ongoing Issues with Lack of Response

I’m sharing another update because the company continues to overlook my genuine concerns and replies with the same automated message. Please refer to my earlier reviews for the full context regarding how this platform operates. My account remains unverified, and my withdrawal of CAD 15,342 has not been processed, despite providing: • Government ID
• Proof of address
• Bank-stamped document confirming my debit card
• Personalized debit card with my name
• Screenshot of the exact deposit
• A full video demonstrating that the account and card are mine There are no valid excuses left, yet the company keeps sending the same scripted response without any progress, answers, or transparency. At this point, it feels like the truth is irrelevant.
It seems as though there’s no oversight on these actions, allowing them to operate without repercussions. The company appears unable to accept that I won a jackpot.
They prefer players to lose — that’s when they manage to process things quickly.
But when someone wins, everything suddenly goes “under review.” My funds are stuck.
I genuinely doubt I will ever see them again.

My account was blocked during the verification and withdrawal process, accused of having a duplicate account. They then stopped responding to my emails. I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong or have a duplicate account. At least respond to me! They are quick to take my money but unwilling to pay out 450.00 dollars. I’m tired of hearing about policies while being locked out without proof of any wrongdoing. Shame on this company.

Difficulties with verification after deposit...

I used a virtual card to deposit multiple times, but the withdrawal required verification. I sent pictures of everything, but they still insisted I show a statement of deposits that won't be available until the following month. They can accept deposits without issue but refuse to verify withdrawals. When I asked questions, the live chat agent abruptly ended the conversation, saying, “Since other players are waiting for my help, I will have to close this chat if you have no further questions. Thank you for understanding, and have a nice day!” Unbelievable response after only a couple of questions and still no chance for cash out! This site is a waste of money! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS!
