Student Finance is totally hopeless.Trying to work your way through what you are supposed to do is impossible.You cant talk to them nor get any sensible instructions what they want from you or are supposed to do.Its an absolute disgraceful system filled with total confusion.

If I could give it a 0 I would , I’m a registered nurse I have been paying on average £1400 for the past 5 years. Am on a plan 2 at the interest charges are revolting and the company does not inform you of the fluctuations of interest nor do they explain why they have been increased to that exact figure. Turns out this is the biggest scam going. Before you agree to anything read their interest charges as I don’t remember even being informed of this when I went to uni.

Online account does not work, password reset does not work, telephone agents are incredibly difficult to understand and will not deviate from a script, they just repeat the same thing like robots. I need to stop my payments to prevent overpaying but its impossible to explain. They just keep saying I will send to an email to reset your password....It does not work, you've tried that, "let me send you an email to reset your password". Aggghhhhh!

I’ve forgotten the (Scottish) gentleman’s name, but he was very helpful on the phone this morning as I needed to update my bank details. He knew before I mentioned it that I was updating for a refund and he was able to tell me what to expect and where to claim. Thank you.
