Review Time
By far the worst company I have dealt with. I’m a recent graduate now outside the UK and this company have been consuming my time for the past 6 months wanting information that I have already provided them regarding my loan repayment. Their communication is beyond terrible and I have been incorrectly charged a part of my loan repayment because their inability to organise my information and keep track of my individual case has meant I’m always one step behind. I’ve spent too much time these past months dealing with student loans company on the telephone and writing extensive emails with no real positive outcome and because I’m outside the UK and travelling I feel like I have less control over the situation. They seem to target students that aren’t living in the UK currently. My friends who work full time in the UK have not been reached out to by SLC regarding loan repayments so there seems to be an unfair agenda.
