Great and convenient tool for customer support, sales and mass marketing. One of the key points I really like is being able to connect many different messaging channels like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger and LINE and WeChat. It really helps me in communicating with my global customer base.My customer support team has given feedback saying that the recent Shopify integration has been immensely helpful as well as they are able to manage orders within the chat window.I also have customers in Korea and Indonesia so it would be great if we are able to integrate popular local chat apps as well. Looking forward.
