Failed to honor their warranty on their works. Blatantly accused me of causing my own issue despite the issue being a well known issue on the macbook m1 laptop screen (anyone who can google can easily find this info), which they failed to address properly. To add insult to injury, one of their solutions was to offer to buy my m1 macbook. They these were decent people but would advise to avoid.

The price was very competitive compared to others, and I was quoted a great deal for a new battery as well, which I appreciated. There was a minor issue with a pixelated line on the screen when I picked it up, but they resolved it without extra costs, and now it works perfectly. Even the small issue was handled well, so I completely trust this team to provide honest and quality service. Plus, it was convenient to visit the shop since I work nearby.

The service was excellent. My series 4 Apple Watch screen was broken, and since Apple doesn't fix them anymore, I took it in and it was ready the next day, looking as good as new. It was even ready earlier than expected. It would have been nice to receive it fully charged, but I guess you can't have everything.
