Ordered a fridge/freezer a few weeks ago, have called many many times with the same recorded message that their operators are all busy, have emailed a number of times with NO reply, we are contacting ACCC as well. Don't use them

Stay away from this business

But for real should be no stars. They do not deliver… ordered two items they send one… and it was send by costco not by smatryez… they even cant check what they sent and what not… for me doggy business; taking money and not fulfilling… scammers… stay away from them… I will be writing complain to ACCC.

Recieved product and was as advertised. Took 2 weeks to arrive (not really the biggest issue). Tracking through shop was useless and clunky, slow response time to messages but all in all got what I paid for

Poor experience overall

Misleading site instructions leading to purchasing two items. That took a while to rectified. Had to wait over a month for item to arrive. Comms lacking and couldn't get an ETA.

Honest feedback

Hi there,I ordered a few items in December 2024, few have arrived safely. I checked they were as advertised and I'm happy for them. However, I'm still waiting for my final order (an inflatable tent) which hasn't arrived yet but hopefully soon🤞.ThanksScotty
