Lack of tracking and time for delivery was too long for waiting over 20days for my Christmas tree to arrive asked twice now to be told by the end of the week and still no tree two weeks in a row

SOLAR POWERED FOUNTAIN FAIL

Bought a solar powered fountain last October 26th 2024. Have emailed several times as phoning is useless. After several attempts to get refund they finally got in touch promising a full refund plus $20 for inconvenience. No refund to date and that was 2 months ago. Tried many times since but no response. Would not deal with this shoddy company ever again. I will never see my $180 again. Give them a wide berth!
