There is no way to reach a human directly and the chat bot gets stuck in a loop.Upon download, an agent will "assist" but what that means is they access your backend CPU and other data which, without express permission, is bad business.Cancelation is easy - refund processing is a pain and time consuming.
Very impressed with the SODA support. Super quick response late at night (possibly with auto system?). Followed up next morning with a phone call. Very helpful staff who sorted out all of my issues. I will definitely stick with SODA for my pdf work because I know that if I have a problem, the helpful support staff will be there. Excellent service. The pdf program itself does everything I need in a very clear layout.
