Ich habe Soda PDF 360 Pro gekauft, da auf der Website der Eindruck vermittelt wird, dass die Software flexibel auf mehreren Geräten nutzbar ist. Konkrete und transparente Informationen zur tatsächlichen Kompatibilität mit iOS (iPhone), Android (Tablet) und Microsoft-Systemen sind jedoch nicht klar ersichtlich.Nach dem Kauf stellte sich heraus, dass die Nutzung auf mobilen Geräten eingeschränkt ist und die beworbenen Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllt werden. Die Produktbeschreibung empfinde ich daher als missverständlich.Besonders kritisch sehe ich die Erreichbarkeit des Supports. Über das Impressum war keine direkte Kontaktaufnahme möglich, stattdessen wurden überwiegend „noreply“-Adressen angegeben. Eine sachgerechte Lösung erfolgte erst, nachdem ich PayPal eingeschaltet und einen Käuferschutz-Fall eröffnet habe.Der Betrag von 72,49 € wurde schließlich erstattet. I purchased Soda 9 PRO PDF for desktop a few years ago and was using it and had no issue and it was a great app. A couple of weeks ago I got a message pop-up stating that I have been logged out remotely, well since then I have not been able to contact support because according to them I do not exist. I am now expected to repurchase the app because my version is a trial now and it has expired. This to me is out right theft and I will not buy from them ever again because there is not trust on my side. This is a forced upgrade without any compensation, thanks but no thanks SODA you guys are thieves as far as I am concerned.I have tried to contact support and it does not work here is a responce I get "Feedback was not sent.Something went wrong. Please try submitting your feedback again.Try again"Well I got to speak to a live support person on chat and I was told sorry but we no longer support Soda 9 Pro, well I do not require your support, however, I paid for it and that does not give you the right to just remove my licence just like that without compensation, this just shows they only want your money do not care about user only as long as you pay. So my advice is look around before commiting to Soda they can not sell this Soda Pdf so they decided on a annual fee. Bye buye Soda I will never spend another cent with you.
Cannot open 80% of PDF's likely due to Adobe licensing. To reply to the vendor, no its not that simple and you are misleading people reading the reviews. Soda cant open XFA or XLM form architecture which represent a significant portion of pdf's you will access. I contacted your agent chat log [NW7NMJ-4D5XN] to which the reply was, "yeah sorry about that, can i help you with anything else" Your ad claims to be an all in one solution for editing pdf's. You should add "but you will need Adobe, PDF-Pro, Foxit...to open most pdf's made before 2017.
