Finally I could restart my PDF ARCHITECT 9 program.Ms. Emma could understand the issues to get the solution.Certainly I was sending various messages to UPCLICK for support. Any answer from them in more than 2 weeks. I hope to not get issues again while the PDF Licence is operative. Besides I hope to get an easy renewal the Next April 2026
Complicated, time consuming and frustrating process involved to activate the software. Payment taken easily & chatbot responses no help. Activation appears to require remote access to your PC or a Bachelor's degree in IT systems and firewall configuration. Two hours wasted that I could have spent hand writing the documents I wanted to pdf. Thankfully not a huge amount of money lost and interesting that on each attempt to activate the software I was given numerous incrementally larger discounts despite having already paid for a product I couldn't get to work.
I ordered and downloaded this product on Sunday. When I tried to use it, it did not work as needed. Within an hour or two of placing the order, I requested a refund. I received a message stating I will not be automatically billed next year.I sent another email reiterating that I am not satisfied with the product and would like a refund. I received another email telling me to contact email support - this is where I sent the request.To date, I have requested a refund 10 times. Each time I am directed to contact the email address where I am sending my request.I am caught in an AI loop from hell.
