Company promotes and sells a 24/7 phone support (LIES) service which of course I immediately purchased. After trying the program it kept freezing and disabled all my keys and could not be closed, yikes. Then I had to do a cold shut down of my whole system after waiting for the program to respond... Called and the lines are all closed for the weekend. Weekday phone support is 3 am- 9am EST, lol! Are they joking? Then the bot chat support kept asking for an email code, but every time I went to retrieve the email code, the screen made me start over! Never even got into that. TERRIBLE, deceptive service and very troublesome program...
I had a very disappointing experience with Soda PDF.When I subscribed in April last year, I was charged twice for the same subscription. During the initial setup I could not access the account, and after several attempts the payment window appeared again. I assumed the first transaction had not gone through, but it had. As a result, two subscriptions were created under the same name and my credit card was charged twice.Even with a PRO subscription, basic features did not work properly. I was unable to edit certain PDF files, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the full version. I contacted customer support and sent them the file for review, but the response I received was generic, simply stating that they were “looking into the problem.” More than a week later, there was still no solution.Another major issue is the e-signature feature, which did not work reliably and made it impossible to send documents for signing.Overall, the software feels like a limited or unfinished version of more established tools such as Adobe Acrobat, but without the reliability.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Soda PDF.
I have several different expiry dates on same products.I spoke with your rep a couple of weeks ago, and he said I have paid you over $4500 too much over the years. Said he would look into it, sold me a new product and never heard from him again, aside from asking again for more money and a new product.Salvador Awe345 916 0948
SODA PDF technical support team was very responsive to my request in quick answers to each and every question that I had. This is something that I have not been used too, every single problem I had was resolved within hours and some within minutes. Thank you so much for all your help!Edward Steele
The company helped me to remove a programme from my computer that I no longer needed. I had been trying on my own but needed help and they were very quick to provide that help would recommend them to anyone else very pleased with their help and chat bot.
