Review Time
Literally 1 day after i used it to combine different application documents containing my email and phone number i started receiving spam emails and even calls that never occurred before. Maybe just bad timing but i see a direct correlation here...
I had my subscription to Soda PDF pro on auto-renew. Last year, it went through fine. This year, the renewal "failed" and my license deactivated. I received one notification email regarding this, and immediately confirmed my credit card information was accurate and had not changed. Upon reaching out to support, they informed me the only option was to manually re-subscribe at over twice the cost quoted in the email sent the previous day.Please note, I would have no problem paying an increased subscription price if that were properly communicated. The product is fine - this situation is not.
I have been using the Soda PDF 360 program for a few years to edit some paperwork. The person who I chatted with on line was able to download the newest version and clean and fix any issues that my Desktop had in it. My Desktop is running perfect and I would recommend Soda PDF to anyone who needs a Program such as this one.
It took 4 trips to chat and two agents to attempt to delete an error message 'The loading of the Edit Plugin was skipped.' I had the chat transcripts emailed since I couldn't always find that chat screen. I kept looking the chat screen. It wan't easy.
