I received a defective machine. However, I was able to get assistance within 2 working days, providing videos and photos of the issue, and a replacement was sent at no cost. They also provided a shipping label for the proper disposal of the faulty machine.
The service was prompt and I received updates through email, but my teenage son was really looking forward to a soda maker for Christmas. Unfortunately, it leaks when in use and the taste doesn't match what we expected. Given the price, it would have been more economical to just buy soda cans.
I usually try to resolve issues before complaining. I was happy with my purchase until I returned a cylinder using their packaging and tracking number, which showed it was received, but my account didn’t update, and I’m facing a charge. After submitting a request, it took weeks for a response, requiring me to provide the tracking number multiple times. Despite assurances, the issue remains unresolved. I even had to raise a formal complaint, but they’re not a member of the relevant complaint resolution body. I spoke with a manager who promised to address my complaint, and I will update once it’s resolved.
This really helps me drink more water! I purchased my device a couple of summers ago, and my water intake has definitely increased. I have beautiful glass bottles that I refill and keep in the fridge, so I don't need to buy sparkling water when hosting, allowing me to serve individual bottles or a larger one at the table. Drinking sparkling water feels like a treat while I aim to stay hydrated.
The product and support team are fantastic! However, the courier service has been problematic. I've had to call multiple times to get empties collected, and there have been issues with pickups. Thankfully, another courier managed to collect them today.
I consistently receive outstanding customer service from the team. Regardless of the inquiry, they are always prompt in their responses and resolve issues efficiently. I wish more companies would follow their example in customer service, as it makes online interactions much more pleasant.
