Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spent three weeks sending multiple emails in regards to a simple return/exchange. Have received no answer, automated or otherwise, to acknowledge receipt of emails. No phone number to call. A very poor experience, and reconciled know that I'm stuck with the t shirts.
The shirts are great quality but the fit wasn't quite right for my body type. They sent me another size to try and processed my return and credit promptly. Solidstate could not have made the process easier, I will be watching for more styles!
The shirts are fantastic and the customer service is even better. It's so nice to buy clothing that is so transparent — you can see that every step of the cotton harvesting and manufacturing happen within a few hundred miles in the Carolinas. More importantly, they are absolute quality and feel just as soft and strong after a hundred washes as they did brand new.
Purchasing process and delivery went without a hitch, and I live my new t shirts. Excellent quality in both fit and finish. Ordered some with natural dyes, and the colors are great. I am truly grateful to have found a source of quality organic cotton, naturally dyed t-shirts. I’ll continue to be a returning customer for sure!
