If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I ordered a black turtleneck sweater and received no confirmation, yet the $39.99 was deducted from my account right away, which felt odd. It took two weeks to arrive, which I could overlook. However, the fabric was rough like burlap, and the color appeared faded. The most confusing part was that it wouldn't fit over my 3-year-old granddaughter's head; the turtleneck was far too small. Before purchasing, I carefully reviewed the return policy since I was ordering internationally. Their customer service was useless. I emailed them and was told they couldn't find my name or order number. I provided a screenshot of the package, my bank statement, and the numbers on the bag the unattractive sweater came in. I asked for a return address, as stated in their policy, without wanting to keep going back and forth via email. A representative responded with three options: 1. Choose something else, 2. Receive a gift card for their items, or 3. Get a 10% refund and keep the sweater. I declined all options and requested a full refund upon returning the sweater. Since then, I've received no further communication. This is a fraudulent company, and I recommend shopping elsewhere.
This company is a phishing scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I regret falling for it. I bought four items for $280, and the quality was the worst I’ve ever encountered. The items were nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted customer service about a return, they only offered a 10% refund... I refused and eventually managed to get a 60% refund while keeping the subpar clothing. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
This is a deceptive business. They are scamming individuals out of their money. Their clothing is shipped from China, not the Netherlands. The quality is nonexistent, and the fabric is terrible, all made in China. It was a huge letdown. The colors were dull. My bank managed to issue me a credit, but I still lost money on shipping. I didn’t wait for the nonexistent 30 days. They know that some banks won’t allow a credit after 60 days because that’s how long it takes for the items to arrive and be ‘processed’. Please don’t fall for this scam!
I would give it zero stars if that were an option. I’m from Europe and was drawn to this company thinking it was based in the Netherlands. There was a phone number, which I later realized must be fake since it was always busy. I discovered that the company ships solely from China. I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, as the website indicated I could, but they refused. Upon receiving the product, it lacked care labels and appeared to be a cheaply made plastic jacket. It should be illegal not to include any labels. I requested a refund and a return label, but they only offered store credit, a 10% refund, or an exchange. When I insisted on a full refund, they hesitated, clearly not wanting the product back. They provided a return address in China, which I knew would never work. I eventually disputed the charges with my bank and received a full refund. This is a fraudulent company! Avoid making a purchase!

CAUTION!!! This company is a scam! They send items that look nothing like what they advertise! This is the second time this has happened to me, and they only offer a 10% refund while suggesting I keep the poorly made item that bears no resemblance to what I ordered! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They trick you into losing your money, knowing that returning the item will cost almost as much as what you paid for it! Avoid ordering anything from this company or similar ones; you will regret it!
I attempted to return an item and emailed customer service as directed on the website. The representative stated that a 10% refund was all she could provide. The item was unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging, and I requested a return within 30 days of receiving it. I’m unclear why I wasn’t allowed to return this item. When I directly inquired, the representative didn’t answer but instead offered a 30% refund. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, and I will reconsider purchasing from this retailer if I can’t return items!
