This company uses shady tactics to influence buyers and trap them in their purchase. This is such a scam and needs to be brought forward to everyone. After receiving the product of a U-shaped toothbrush I noticed how cheap it was and not the same as I saw in advertisements. I reached out to their support and requested a return label in which they stated:To proceed with the return, kindly package the product and send it to our return center at the following address:Dental Industries Corp.Science ParkNO. 279 Xisanhuan Road,Zip Code: 450000Henan, CHINAPlease be advised that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and is non-refundable.This information is not noted on their refund link and kept out on purpose, shady tactic not providing this information to potential buyers! Why would they do that? It's simple, once you realize that a $40 shipping label to return a $60 product, you won't do it. So they make away with your money.Furthermore, they are using the keyword "Sonic" which is used by Philips Sonicare so you accept that this company might be legit, wrong. They are not the same company, they are misleading you. They also use shady tactics such as "seen on Fox News" etc. Click on the Fox News link, oh ya, it's 404 - Not Found. For reference, anyone can buy advertisement on these sites, they use it to deceive you. This is a China shell company selling cheap products. This product is not backed by dentists, matter of fact do your research and you will quickly notice that this will not brush your teeth well as traditional brushing. If you bought a product from them, contact your credit card company and file a fraud complaint. You been duped, allegedly.Oh I better use the word, allegedly, so I can use everything I am saying to outsmart them at their own game! Sonic-Brush.net is a joke.
I find this electric toothbrush easy to use and very effective. It gets to all my teeth and also the gum line. Having gum disease, this is really beneficial. The only challenge with this design is applying toothpaste. I found the best thing to do is first brush with a regular toothbrush, to get my teeth well covered by the toothpaste and then use the Sonic Brush. Otherwise, very happy with its performance and the ease (and speed) of use.
I have serious sensory issues when it comes to my teeth and I used to literally get panic attacks over my electric toothbrush. Then I found an amazing doctor who recommended this amazing product and now i genuinely enjoy brushing my teeth which is something I didn’t think was possible. 100000/10 recommend
