I was a bit unsure before buying it, but now I'm really happy with it. This toothbrush is a game-changer, especially if you struggle with mobility or focus during brushing. It might look like a fancy gadget but it's actually super helpful. The vibrations are way gentler than a regular electric toothbrush and it's easy to clean. It even gets those tricky back teeth without a fuss. Just a tip: you only need a little bit of toothpaste. Can't wait to see how it does in the long run and what my dentist thinks!
Update....I am adding more stars due to the fact that after seeing my review, the company reached out and provided a replacement charger and offered to refund me. I am giving 4 stars due to their actions taken to show commitment to great customer service. ******************************************************they sent me a charger for a different product. the charger was square while the charging port is more oval. so its useless since i cant not charge it
The product looks sleek. Shipping was seamless, but the actual product doesn't do what you expect it to do - brush your teeth.I bought the Sonic Brush, excited that it would brush my teeth in a fraction of the time.It doesn't do that. The Sonic Brush is not actually a brush. No brushing happens. You put the device on your teeth, but the bristles are not perpendicular to the teeth, but parallel to them. Obviously you can't brush the teeth in that position. It vibrates on your teeth - there's no brushing motion. They say it uses "a different cleaning method." Interesting that the word "different" doesn't mean better. In fact, it doesn't clean at all. They also say "it takes some time to get used to." Not true. The machine's function doesn't change over time. It doesn't brush teeth the first time you use it, or if you use it for a year. You'll just have significantly worse teeth if you use it for a year.A number of times, my wife even complained of bad breath, because again - it doesn't brush the teeth. There's the vibration feature, which gives the illusion of motion, but there's no actual motion. It's the motor that's vibrating - not the "brush" (which again, isn't actually a brush). After about 2-3 weeks of using it, I stopped.
Simply doesn't work, no better than filling a teeth guard with toothpaste. Wasteful and messy on toothpaste, the minimal vibration is nowhere near as effective in cleaning teeth as an electric toothbrush. One brushing was enough to realize that, but then they don't accept returns. I should have read their return policy: 14 days, unused in original packaging is a red flag for any product!
The product worked well for several months though I used it no more than 40% of the time. It no longer holds a charge. I have a new chord so it must have to do with the base. I called them at least 5 times and sent the same amount of e-mails. I just wanted them to examine it and offered to mail it so they can check. They did not return one call or e-mail. Clearly they don't have a true Customer Service Dept. So they're not worth doing business with( obviously),thus the negative review. Rob
