Great customer service from Annie when I didn't receive an order. It was replaced and sent by express delivery at no extra cost. Really like Sosandar for their fashion, and their customer service.
i WOULD NORMALLY SHY AWAY FROM LEAVING A REVIEW BUT THIS TIME FELT COMPELLED TO......TO PRAISE ANNIE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT SOSANDER.I WAS NERVOUS AS i HAD OVERRUN THE 2 WEEK LIMIT FOR RETURNING SOME ITEMS FOR REASONS BEYOND MY CONTROL. SHE PUT ME AT EASE INSTANTLY AND HELPED WITH RETURN LABELLING AND OFFERED GIFT CARDS WHICH i WILL DEFINITELY BE USING! i LOVE SOSANDER CLOTHES AND AM REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE FACE THEY PRESENT TO THE PUBLIC-THANKYOU ANNIE AND TEAM SOSANDER-AS i TOLD ANNIE YOU HAVE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD FOR THE OLDER CUSTOMER AS WELL AS YOUNGER ONES- WELL DONE !!
I orderd a dress for an awards evening. On next day delivery. This never arrived. I the had a txt from Everi saying it had been returned to depot. O have sent numerous txt asking for refund with no correspondence and no refund. This is the second bad experience with Sosander. Wint be ordering again
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Faye regarding a refund query on my bank statement.
Faye was friendly & efficient she spoke with Finance to check that my refund had been applied. It turned out that it was my fault I had forgot to check a previous page on my statements. I apologised when I discovered my mistake. Faye was very patient & helpful throughout our call. Thanks Faye for your great service much appreciated!
I've bought from Sosander before and like their clothing. Unfortunately the item I bought my wife for Christmas wasn't a good fit. I asked to return it outside the return window and they were understanding, kind and helpful.

It was agreed once I had decided what goods I was keeping she would arrange the refund. This was done very quickly. Faye gave great customer service. The range and quality of the goods was very good.
