The delivery arrived on time and the two guys carefully lifted the components into the bedroom, being careful to remove their shoes without prompting.When I came round to fitting everything together, there weren't any instructions, but it was all pretty straightforward and I had everything assembled in under 30 minutes.The bed itself is excellent. It is very sturdy and well made and I would definitely look at SoSoftBeds whenever I need a new bed. I can heartily recommend them
Ordered my bed and entered a date for preferred delivery. Had a prompt email about my order being received and a couple days later an email for leaving a review. Unfortunately there was no communication on the preferred delivery date whether it was possible or not. I phoned on the day I would have liked my bed delivered 3 times but no answer but was able to leave a message on the answer phone. Adam phoned me back later in the day apologising he'd missed my calls and we arranged a delivery date. Adam was very polite and efficient. My only concern was there was only 1 delivery guy so my husband had to help get the bed to the bedroom. Other than that I love my new bed, well made, looks good and easy to assemble. I ordered a King size Ottoman bed.
