Love the bed and I loved the price as it was cheaper than others l looked at. I am now sleeping like a baby , It’s perfect for my COPD as I can now sleep comfortably so it helps me with my breathing with the adjustment of the bed. I also love to use it with the massage feature I can lay down and feel relaxed. So I would like to thank the staff for all their support and patience.
Great experience from start to finish, bed was delivered and erected but unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of the cables, but this was quickly resolved with good communication and help, at the end a small discount was offered for any inconvenience, good business the way it should be done !
Quality of the beds is really good and being able to customise the bed to a deeper depth means that your able to fit big suitcases under. The mattress I ordered was delayed in transit and unfortunately had to wait till after my holiday to be delivered, but the agent was really supportive and rearrange the deliver to a time and date that suited me.Living in an apartment, the delivery driver was really helpful in getting the bed to the room.Thank you So Soft Beds
We ordered an End Lift Kingsize super Deep Ottaman bed from So Soft Beds and despite having to change to a side opening bed due to bedroom doorway access , we feel So Soft Beds deserve a 5 Star Rating for producing a great product and efficient customer service that went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. ( enormous thanks to Adam ). We would definitely recommend So Soft Beds.
Customer service & delivery needs improving. I requested a specific delivery date as you are allowed to when ordering. Then got a text msg saying bed will be earlier than I had requested, I reminded them of the actual date I requested due to being on holiday. On the date I actually requested no-one turned up, I had to call to then find out my delivery date had been changed to the weekend. 1 person told me saturday another told me sunday, actual delivery date wasnt confirm until the night before.However, delivery guys were really good, they put the ved together quickly and the bed works great.It's been over a week and the strong smell of plastic still hasnt gone from the mattrees yet, even though I aired it for 2 days with the windows open over night before sleeping on it.
I ordered a custom ottoman, slightly higher than the average. The product is great and came in perfect condition. I took a star off as from ordering to delivery there wasn't any communication but once the bed was ready for delivery the guys were great and came on time.
Ordered 2 custom ottoman beds online - they arrived after 14 days, and were great quality! We requested assembly on site, and the guys delivering were great, called ahead on the day to let me know when they were arriving and assembled both. Really happy overall, would definitely recommend
