Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish !⭐️Communication was amazing ! I was updated regularly and had the bed delivered within the week ! The delivery man was very polite and the whole experience was stress free and quick ! I have ordered beds in the past fromOther companies and it hasn’t been a stress free experience but ordering from So Soft Beds has genuinely been stress free and I can not fault the customer service from ordering to delivery ! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The bed itself is well made and looks amazing ! Definitely will be recommending so soft beds ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customisation of the order is great. I was very disappointed when my order arrived without a headboard. Surely it's not hard to make sure it's in the van? I called immediately and was told I'd get a call back soon... I never did.

Sosoftbeds were very helpful when it came to ordering the bed and confirming details with me on the same evening I placed the order.There was a longer wait than expected (about 3 weeks) but it was worth the wait because the bed is great.The bed is sturdy and super comfy, the dual control profiling is fabulous!I would suggest that lead times need to be updated on the website to the current production times but other than that we are very happy.

It was thoroughly explained before purchasing the bed that the date needed to be accurate for delivery due to having two vulnerable adults in the house that need full time assistance. They didn’t deliver the bed on the day and did it when I wasn’t home. I paid for the old bed to be taken which couldn’t happen as the person couldn’t move at the time of it being delivered! I was told I’d be given back my £90 refund on the phone and a confirmation email would be sent. No refund has been received and no confirmation email has been sent. I’ll now be taking this further for all of the stress it has caused.
