Unfortunately I cannot give any more than five stars, a shame. Umar and the team along with their couriers have been brilliant through the process of customising our bed and advice on how to best do it with a specialist extra deep and heavy mattress. Additionally the after sale this care, has been equally brilliant, giving up their worth some structural issues, which was entirely due to the placement in the bed not being against the wall, they came up with a creative solution with multiple site visits the double check it would have worked. Would highly recommend.Cheers guys
