Might be susty, but they aren't very realiable

*EDIT: The company have now responded following this review and offered reimbursement.*I’m all for supporting a small business - especially one that are more climate conscious and I would have loved to support this brand again, had the experience with them been in line with the price point they’re charging. What I would say is that their mission is perfect and the design of the bikini is amazing - however, if you’d like to actually receive your bikini and in time for a holiday it might be better for you to look somewhere else. However, I have no patience left for this brand - it’s been more than two months and I still don’t have any bottoms for my bikini top. Before posting this I’ve tried to resolve the issue with the brand with no luck - they are not fulfilling their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I’ve been through the whole customer journey with Sososwim and it’s appalling that any business can operate this badly in 2025. Customer service was initially super nice and ‘really want to resolve this issue’ and then turned into to being not very helpful and not very quick to resolve the issue.They’ve finally changed their size guide - but when I purchased the bikini in April it was misleading, meaning I had to return my bikini for replacement. They charge £3.5 for returns which I wouldn’t have been annoyed with IF their sizing chart was correct.I later, within the 14 days return policy, regretted the size of the bottoms and returned those separately. Rookie mistake. It’s now mid June and I still don’t have a bottom for my top - which is result of a clash with the item being out of stock (without being informed), long processing times and the item being faulty.I am still waiting for the bottoms because 1) it was out of stock so I had to wait 3 weeks to get them 2) the item I received was faulty and I was then 3) offered 15% discount if I kept it (like what?!), 4) I returned it, but as they were busy fulfilling pre-orders it took additionally 3 weeks to get a replacement, 5) the bottoms I received was faulty item I’d returned as a replacement because the warehouse hadn’t investigated the item properly and6) I was then requested to pay my own postage (to be refunded later) despite this being their warehouse’ mistake and the fact they can easily make a label for returns.If you charge £70 (now EIGHTY!) for a bikini, you better make sure you can fulfil your orders in sufficient enough time for people Lastly, while this technically isn’t illegal in the UK they flat-out increased their prices before restock with £5 on the bikini parts and £10 on their swimsuits which is more than 10%. Following this they sent out a 15% discount for their birthday. I find that strategy quite upsetting - good customer service would have been to offer their subscribers to pre-order before the price increase. I’m aware that prices are going up everywhere but the increase is significantly more than inflation.I work in marketing and have worked with - and purchased from - start-ups for years and I’ve rarely come across a more unprofessional handling of sales, processing times and returns. I’m not sure if they need a skilled Ops manager or a new warehouse but if I were them I’d pause all new launches and paid social until the logistics are sorted because if this trajectory continues I doubt they’ll have any returning customers. I don’t really want to give this brand any awareness at all - but it’s now too late to return the bikini top (as I’ve had this since April) so that’s money wasted

I had been wanting to buy from soso for so so long. Purchased two pieces in size 14. Love them against my complexion! Would love to buy a swimming costume too but waiting for my size to come back in stock

Shipping takes soooo long

Fan for life!

I don't think I've found any other swimwear that is this flattering. The sizes do run small but it really holds you in all the right places. The issue with most swimwear is that it gets loose and stretch over time, however, SoSo Swim does not! I ordered a one peice last summer & wore it everyday. It is still perfect this summer. I'd love for them to design something for us short girls with a short torso but there's nothing a 2 peice can't fix! ~ Ordered a 2 peice this summer, there was a bit of delay as I live in Canada but the staff was quick to reach out and notify.

Ordered from Soso Swim 3x…

I have ordered from Soso Swim three times in the past year. The first two orders in July 2024, and they passed seamlessly. Arrived to Canada within about 10 days from the initial order date. The third order was placed at the end of May 2025, and I received it at the beginning of July 2025…. I communicated with their team back and forth for a while, they responded within 1-2 days usually, and they responded that they were backlogged on orders and catching up. They did offer to cancel the order for me but I opted to wait. It did leave later than initially stated on the order confirmation page, and also later than they were stating in their emails. Eventually, about 6 weeks later the order arrived. They offered a 15% refund for the wait which I accepted. The pieces themselves are great quality, colours are accurate to the website (black, tangerine). The sizes are running small FYI. Usually I wear S on top and M on bottom. I always size up in Soso, so I got a M surf top and L shorts bottom… I should have sized up 2 sizes because they are both quite tight! Causes a bit of bulging, pinching on the shirt — a muffin top, and a pretty awful camel toe on the swim shorts. I am considering placing another order for the size bigger cuz they look great otherwise (just not on me)

SoSo worth it!

I love their swimsuits! The quality is so so high and worth the fact that they are currently a newer company. Previous reviews have commented on the time of shipping or the stock and I’d argue that they’re producing small batches of high quality swimwear and if you want fast fashion head to a fast fashion brand. If you want high quality suits that are going to hold up over time and hold up to any activity, go with SoSo!

AMAZING Quality, but Know your Size!

The swimsuit is AMAZING quality, but definitely SIZE UP. Their size guide is off, and their customer service to return things is nearly impossible. That being said, AMAZING swimsuit and great quality, but know your size going in!

Worth the wait

It would be 5 stars, but shipping can take a bit of time and the exchange part of the website doesn’t work properly, it just shows you limited items on the website and won’t load others so you kinda have to get store credit even if you know what item you want to swap for. But it is so worth the wait, the pieces are incredible and well made and extremely flattering, very happy with all my purchases so far.

Terrible service

Terrible service. The size guide is totally off, took over a week to ship only shipped once I complained. Requested an exchange, the warehouse couldn’t locate the return and when they had said it was now out of stock. My return was delivered April 28th, today is May 11th and I’ve only now had the refund processed so likely won’t get for another week and did not refund duties despite the terrible experience. Also customer service used the chat not emails so I had to go to their website daily to check for updates. First and last time I’ll purchase.
